General Manager at AEDIVE since its creation in 2011, the Spanish/Portuguese eMobility cluster, a non-profit association representing the industrial, technological and services value chain of electric vehicle and its ecosystem.

Vicepresident of AVERE, the European association representing and advocating for electromobility on behalf of the industry, academia, and EV users at both EU and national levels.

Nils Poel is CLEPA’s head of market affairs. Nils leads CLEPA’s market intelligence activities and policy work on industrial competitiveness, trade, and corporate sustainability. Raising awareness of the importance of fostering a broad and deep NEV supply chain in Europe is a key priority and something that CLEPA monitors closely. Nils started his career in the knowledge department of the Boston Consulting Group, focusing on the automotive supply industry, and later worked for Brunswick Group and the European Commission before joining CLEPA in 2019.

Tassilo von Domarus is a seasoned expert in E-mobility with over a decade of experience at top-tier automotive OEMs, including Tesla, BMW, and Volvo Group. With more than five years specializing in commercial vehicles, he brings deep industry knowledge in the electrification of complex automotive products.

Academically, Tassilo holds a Master’s degree in Executive Automotive Management and is soon to complete a second Master’s in Alternative Powertrains in Automotive Engineering. Passionate about sustainable innovation, he strives to drive the transition toward electrified mobility while inspiring those around him.

Benjamin Schiebler is responsible for the Electromobility department at the Swedish truck manufacturer Volvo Trucks.

Together with colleagues in this department, he is responsible for the transfer of expertise for all topics related to electromobility within Volvo Trucks' German sales network. This includes, in particular, the product portfolio, charging infrastructure, financial support options, service offerings, workshop certifications and processes, as well as the overarching question of which alternative drive systems in the commercial vehicle sector make sense under which conditions – and which do not.

Mr. Schiebler has been working for Volvo Trucks since 2010 and in the Electromobility department since 2020. Prior to that, he worked in the telematics, remote vehicle diagnostics, maintenance planning, and spare parts departments.

Currently leading the Autonomous Drive & ADAS Strategy department in one of the most innovative automotive companies in Sweden. Our mission is to deliver the Mobility solutions of the future. Due to the nature of the work, most of the time, we need to navigate uncharted territory working out ideas, innovations, and using strategical thinking to secure we are market leaders.
 
In the past I have worked for Tier1 suppliers, for big OEMs and also leading the engineering department of a small startup developing our own innovations. My background is Computer Engineering, specialized in Robotics and SW processes like ASPICE and ISO26262.
 
In this conference, I’ll be thrilled to share insights into global trends, strategies and challenges for scale deployment of automated driving systems. As well as talking about ADAS adaption by EU drivers and opportunities to innovate in L2-L3 areas.

With some 30 years' experience in automotive strategy and marketing, Dr. Alexander Klose has a deep understanding of the mobility sector around the globe. Before joining Aiways in 2018, Dr. Klose has held roles as the CEO of Volvo Cars (China), and Asia Pacific President of PAG, which included the Aston Martin, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volvo brands. He has also provided consultancy and support services to a number of automotive retail groups in China. Dr. Klose is responsible for Aiways' operations outside of China.

Before joining MAN, Michael worked at Infineon Technologies, a leading semiconductor company, where he achieved significant milestones, including leading the development of advanced supply chain solutions and driving strategic initiatives that enhanced the company's market position.

Michael Gotthelf is a seasoned executive and thought leader in the e-mobility sector, currently serving as Vice President Commercial at Elli. In this role, he oversees sales, product management and technology initiatives, driving business growth.

With 16 years of experience, Michael has played a pivotal role in advancing energy transformation and leading the development of e-mobility infrastructure. Before joining Elli, he held leadership positions at Siemens, where he was instrumental in shaping the EV infrastructure and e-mobility divisions.

Michael holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology and is recognized for his expertise in national and international enterprise sales, business development, and strategic site electrification. His leadership continues to shape the future of e-mobility, driving sustainable solutions and transformative industry advancements.

Dennis Clerkefors is an experienced leader in the transport and logistics industry, currently serving as Senior Director – Automotive at DSV. In this role, he is responsible for leading and developing DSV's global Commercial vehicles automotive segment, with a focus on optimizing sustainable logistics solutions for the automotive industry.

During his career, Dennis has established himself as a key figure in the transport and logistics sector, with a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Through his work at DSV and previous roles, Dennis has developed a deep understanding of global transport trends, particularly in the evolving electric vehicle market and sustainable transport solutions. His leadership and strategic vision continue to drive advancements in automotive logistics, helping businesses adapt to changing industry demands.

Christian Hahn received a master’s degree in industrial engineering in 2005, with special emphasis on environmental and power technology as well as change management.

His career began at ThyssenKrupp and Daimler AG, followed by six years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Berlin, where he specialized in consulting for the energy supply business. As an advisor he was primarily responsible for areas within strategy and business development, optimizing business processes and project management, smart energy, intelligent networks, and smart metering. He began working on his first electric vehicle projects in 2008. He joined Hubject in 2012, where he started as Head of Business Development and Administration.

Christian Hahn was appointed CEO of Hubject GmbH in January 2015. Following a change in the management team in January 2019, his primary focus is now on strategy, investor relations, and the global Hubject company setup.

Dennis Gallus is a Principal and battery market and technology expert at Roland Berger, working in the field of lithium-ion batteries for more than 12 years. After being employed at the Meet Battery Research Center as PhD student, he started his consulting profession. He concluded more than 80 battery-related consulting projects along the whole value chain, from mining to recycling, for many major OEMs, cell producers, battery material producers and investment banks. His projects encompasses due diligences, market entry strategies, raw material/supply chain strategies, cost/technology benchmarking and other.

Henri-François Boedt is a senior loan officer at EIB (European Investment Bank), with a long-standing experience in the financing of innovation and start-ups/scale-ups in particular.

He focuses on investments to innovative companies in the CleanTech sector. The financing is typically structured as “Venture Debt” or “equity-risk” loans, with a participation to the upside in the form of warrants, synthetic warrants or royalties.

Within EIB group, he also worked at EIF, on investments in early stage Venture Capital / Technology Transfer funds. Prior to EIF, he worked for ArcelorMittal on Merger & Acquisitions and was involved in the creation and management of an e-commerce start-up company. He also worked as a management consultant for The Boston Consulting Group and for OC&C.

Mr Boedt has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium) and a Commercial Engineering degree from the FH Wedel (Hamburg, Germany). He also attended the Young Manager Programme at INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France)

Amongst others, it offers a long-term venture debt product to address the unique funding needs of fast growing innovative companies. The financing structure includes bullet repayment and remuneration linked to the equity risk of the investees and complements existing venture capital financing.

Dr. Woerner is an experienced executive with over 25 years in the automotive mobility sector, specializing in battery technologies, electrification, powertrain systems and global manufacturing. He has led industrialization and scaling of high-quality, large-series components, driving sustainable results. Dr. Woerner served as Executive at Robert Bosch GmbH and Volkswagen PowerCo until 2023, and is currently COO US/EU and Head of Global Manufacturing at AESC. He previously held leadership roles including COO and plant manager across multiple locations. Dr. Woerner also served as Managing Director at Volkswagen ZellCo GmbH and Robert Bosch Battery Solutions GmbH. He holds a PhD in Production Technology from Univ. of Stuttgart and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering as well as an MSC from Univ. of Manchester. He resides in Bamberg, Bavaria, with his wife and children.

André Gronke leads the European engineering team at Farasis Energy, a leading developer and manufacturer of high-performance lithium-ion battery technology. With 15 years of experience in battery development and four years at Farasis Energy Europe, he specializes in innovation, new technologies, and fostering a culture of ownership and empowerment within his teams.

Gronke has managed battery development projects from concept to mass production, covering cell development, simulation, module and pack design, product safety, and system engineering. He started his career at Deutsche ACCUmotive, a Mercedes Benz subsidiary, before leading the European engineering team of another battery developer.

Since 2021, he has focused on aligning customer needs with company expertise, guiding technical decisions, and leveraging existing high-performance solutions. His work includes technical acquisition, project management, and development. He also drives early-stage prototyping with customers, collaborates with research partners, and continuously seeks to improve efficiency in processes and engineering solutions.

Frederic is a leading expert in climate finance, responsible for one of the largest private industry portfolios in Emerging Markets. As the Global Head of the EBRD Manufacturing and Services group, he manages €5bn of debt and equity investments, primarily in decarbonisation, e-mobility, and the circular economy. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is a Multilateral Development Bank active in emerging Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Originally from France, Frederic studied at MIT and worked at the World Bank in Washington before joining the EBRD in London. With a background in banking, manufacturing, and development economics, Frederic has held board positions in various industrial corporations and financial institutions, offering valuable strategic insights and governance expertise.

Beyond his corporate roles, Frederic actively imparts his knowledge through speaking engagements at conferences, interacting with university students, and contributing to publications like the WEF. He is an engineer with a MBA from INSEAD.

Dr. Felix Römer is an Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of international experience bridging academia and the automotive industry. Holding a PhD in Automotive Engineering, he has dedicated his career to advancing electrical energy storage systems, particularly for next-generation mobility solutions. His expertise spans the full lifecycle of product innovation — from conceptual design and prototyping to testing and troubleshooting — ensuring robust, scalable technologies for sustainable transportation. A team leader, Dr. Römer successfully managed multiple cross-functional teams. Currently serving as the Manager of Product Application Engineering team, he spearheads end-to-end product development, guiding projects from nomination to series production.

Christober Vinoth Raj heads the Digital Strategy and Innovation at Verkor. Joined Verkor in November 2020 and laid the foundations for Verkor's digital transformation. At Samsung SDI he was responsible for defining and bringing next gen BMS software to production and obtained 11 patents in the battery domain. His main interest is to identify battery defects faster in production with the help of digital systems. Prior to joining Verkor, he worked at SDI Korea, Honeywell, Infineon, and the Indian Space Research Organization.

Roberto Diesel, Vice President at EDAG Engineering GmbH for Energy Systems and Drivetrain. With over 20 years’ experience in the automotive industry in different leadership position at Opel/GM, Webasto and as Chief Technical Officer of Sono Motors. Roberto Diesel is experienced in the fields of automobiles especially electric vehicles, future mobility and with a focus on new technology.

Fabio Sacchi is Global Head EV Commercial Business Development for DHL Team EV. His work focuses on promoting new development and logistic solutions that fit emerging customer's business models in EV ecosystem. Fabio’s career spans over 30 years in the Transportation and Logistics Industry, 20 of which were dedicated to auto-mobility . Thanks to his experience he has become an expert in Freight Forwarding, Express, and Supply Chain, supporting innovation and solutions needed to overcome the EV Battery supply challenges, specifically but not limited to the auto-mobility sector. He has endorsed different management responsibilities during his career which took him to every corner of the world.
